Ruth Walenstein, 51 of West Palm Beach started her goal to lose weight when she downloaded the food log from fitday.com and calorie-count.com. These calculates the proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fiber, etc. that you have eaten for the day.

She eat 1, 600  calories a day and try to limit the carbs to 172 grams or less, fats 40 grams a day, protein 136 grams and fiber 30+ a day. These numbers were based on her weight, activity and energy.
