The cycle of losing weight and giving up goes on and on for so many people. So, how can we stop this cycle?
- Assess your past attempts.
- Don’t be hard on yourself about the past.
- Accept the fact that work is involved. – learn to adjust, adapt and accept.
- Be your own champion. – you are the one who can make things happen.
- Don’t let a lapse or setback. – stick to your plans.
- No more if-then’s. – engage yourself and take action in all areas of your life. This will help you champion your own fitness/weight loss program to success.
